Spent £16 on my order for basic inhaler + next day delivery and it took 4 days to arrive. I had an asthma attack whilst waiting.

Had a problem with slow dispatch but, they got back to me and explained why.

There are many online pharmacists, but this is the first one I have found that does what it says it will, when it will.

Of note, I made a mistake on the form, which rendered me ineligible for online ordering. Rather than just be ignored, they queried it, I corrected it and the order was processed. This is really good as it shows due diligence and not handing them out like sweets.

It does work out a little more expensive than conventional NHS prescription because of carriage (though you can get slow mail if you want, I opted for next day) and it treats taking 2 doses per day for a month as a two month order, which costs more.

It means that you don't need to spend all day on hold to your GPs surgery only to be told "sorry there's no one here to sign it off today."

I 100% recommend e-surgery and they deserve 5 stars.

My surgery has started to issue 2months supply of my three medications. First there’s battling with an archaic repeat prescription process. On top of that the last time I went to the pharmacy, it took five days for stock to arrive. Here I order online and next day the medication arrives through my letterbox. I could not recommend this service more. Thank you!

Clear, easy to navigate and use website, efficient and professional service, ordered inhalers 6th December received 8th December, very fast delivery during the postal disruption. Second time I've used e-Surgery and on both occasions the service has been excellent. Correct inhalers supplied each time, wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Receptionist or people who pick up the phone listen to your problem so can answer you correctly. Buckley surgery is brilliant, Mold surgery is so different.
